Use the form below to apply for a Reporting ID. Only with a registered Reporting ID, you can report your ship voyages with BICS. It may take up to 5 business days for your request to be processed.

Please note: You need a Rijkswaterstaat Inland Shipping Account before you can apply for a Reporting ID. If you have already created an account on Lock Scheduler or Fairway information, you can also use it as a Rijkswaterstaat Inland Shipping Account.
